Presentation of the FABACO brand

FABACO is a brand committed to the design of natural, organic, and environmentally friendly wellness products. Through an ethical and sustainable approach, FABACO is committed to promoting West Africa's natural resources while supporting environmentally responsible production practices.

FABACO's unique feature lies in its rigorous selection of raw materials, sourced primarily from Benin and neighboring countries. Each ingredient used in the formulation of its products is carefully selected from women's cooperatives, custodians of traditional know-how passed down from generation to generation. This model fosters a supportive local economy and actively contributes to the empowerment of women in rural areas.

FABACO's products—whether skincare, haircare, or body care—are developed in compliance with organic standards, without harmful chemical ingredients, and with a zero-waste approach whenever possible. The brand is also committed to using recycled or reusable packaging, thereby reducing its environmental impact.

FABACO is not just a natural cosmetics brand, it is a life project focused on overall well-being, based on the principles of social justice, respect for nature and transparency towards its customers.

Packages are sent by GLS or other carriers available in your region.

Which country do you deliver to?

We do not ship orders to countries other than Canada.

How much does delivery cost?

I made a mistake in the address when I placed the order, how do I change it?

If your order has not yet been processed, you can contact us and we will make the change manually.
If your order is already on its way, contact the carrier as soon as possible to make the change.
If you have made a mistake and have not noticed it, the carrier will return the package to us and you will unfortunately have to pay return shipping costs.

My credit card payment is declined even though my card is valid.

If your card is valid and your payment is declined, verify that the address you entered when placing your order is the same address as the one on your credit card. If you've recently moved, consider notifying your card company that you've changed your address. Credit card companies require that the billing address match the address on the card to prevent fraud.
