How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times depend on the availability of the products ordered (expressed in working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) and are understood to start from the validation of your order.

Which carrier do you use for order delivery?

Packages are sent by GLS or other carriers available in your region.

Which country do you deliver to?

We do not ship orders to countries other than Canada.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping is free for orders over $90 before taxes in Quebec and Ontario. For orders not eligible for free shipping, the price varies by province.

Can I order from something other than the online store?

Yes, definitely. Contact us through the contact form or by phone and we will place the order manually.

I made a mistake in the address when I placed the order, how do I change it?

If your order has not yet been processed, you can contact us and we will make the change manually.
If your order is already on its way, contact the carrier as soon as possible to make the change.
If you have made a mistake and have not noticed it, the carrier will return the package to us and you will unfortunately have to pay return shipping costs.
