Refund Policy

The customer has a withdrawal period of 30 days from delivery to return the products to FABACO at their own expense for exchange or refund.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer will have the choice of requesting either a refund of their order, with the exception of the return costs incurred, or an exchange of the products (the shipping costs incurred for this new shipment remaining their responsibility).

The products must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging, also in perfect condition (unless broken during shipping). We will ask you to attach a photocopy of the purchase invoice. Returns with "postage paid by the recipient" or "cash on delivery" will be refused. Products opened, damaged or soiled by the customer are never refunded or exchanged.

Custom-made products are not eligible for refund or return. The product is sold as final sale.

In the event of abusive returns, FABACO reserves the right to refuse any subsequent order.
